Mundella Foods and Margaret River Dairy Company are growing and we’re looking for motivated, self-driven individuals to join our production teams across a range of roles.
With an exciting transition to our new Metricup facility (near Margaret River) in the coming months, this is a fantastic opportunity to join us at a pivotal time and build your career with well-established WA brands.
Available Positions
We are currently recruiting for:
- Factory Employees
- Production Supervisors (Production supervision experience is required for Production Supervisor positions)
- Pasteurisers
- Production Operators
- Quality Assurance Officers (A diploma or degree qualification is required for Quality Assurance Officer positions)
- Warehouse Operators – Forklift Licence Required (Valid forklift licence is essential for Warehouse Operator positions)
- Truck Drivers – MC Licence Required
- General Cleaner (Metricup Only)

About the Roles
These positions operate within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, where teamwork, efficiency, and attention to detail are key.
Start times vary depending on the role and production requirements, including:
- 2:00am starts – Pasteurising
- 5:30am starts – Machine set-up & production preparation
- 7:00am starts – Team leadership & supervision
- Flexibility and reliability are essential for success in these roles.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking individuals who are:
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative
- Strong team players who lead by example
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Committed to food safety, quality, and best practice
- Experienced in manufacturing or food production (highly regarded, depending on role)
- Attention to Detail
- Comfortable with changing production schedules or priorities
- Strong focus on reducing waste and supporting efficient, sustainable production practices
- Willingness to learn, upskill, and take on feedback
- Able to handle manual tasks (lifting, standing for long periods, repetitive work)
