Fancy a super healthy sweet treat wth a probiotic hit?
Simmer 200gm purple berries (blueberries and/or blackberries) in 100ml water with 60ml maple
syrup, 40ml lemon juice and half a vanilla pod for 10 minutes, until liquid reduced by half.
Cool for a couple of minutes, then add our Reduced Fat Natural or, if you struggle with dairy, our Lactose free Natural instead.
Finally, add about 20gm butter into warm sauce to slightly thicken or simply serve warm as is. Yum! #healthyfood
